At
All
Souls
we
strive
to
work
in
partnership
with
all
our
parents.
We
encourage
them
to
be
actively
involved
in
their
children’s
learning.
We
enable
this
to
happen
by:
- Holding parent meetings each term
- Sending out class newsletters each half term, which include information on class topics and ways you can help at home.
- Sending out school newsletters each half term, listing schools news and events.
- Parents of children with Special Educational Needs have the opportunity to meet with the SENCo and attend annual reviews.
- Teachers being available for meetings by appointment at a mutually convenient time.
- Holding whole school parent meetings to disseminate information regarding educational issues and changes in school practise.
- Having a frequently updated parent board.

The main aim is to raise money to fund additional equipment and resources for the children. Money is raised through a variety of events held throughout the year. As well as raising money the events are fun and enjoyable.
So far the PTA has raised money to buy new technical equipment, new books for the school library, musical instruments and much, much more.

The PTA consists of a chair, a treasurer and a representative from each class. Meeting are held on average once a half term after school.
As well as raising money for the school, the PTA provides opportunities for people to get together and socialise.
For more information please see the PTA board in school. |
