It is
the duty of All Souls Church of
England Primary School that
every child in their care is safe.
The same principles apply to the
virtual presence of the school as
would apply to its physical
buildings.
All
Souls ensures that no
individual child can be
identified or contacted either via,
or as a result of a visitor using
the school website.
Images and examples of pupil's work
Children's names are never used
alongside a photograph of them.
When showcasing pupil's work only
first names are given.
Parental Permission is always
obtained before any photographs of
pupils, or examples of their work
are used on the website.
Text written by pupils is
reviewed before publishing on the
site to ensure that their work does
not include the full name of the
pupil or reveal personal
information.
Links to external websites are
regularly checked to ensure they
remain appropriate for the school
and its intended audience.
